You walk towards them and you notice that they are smoking Notice a gloomy darkness all around them; they're not sharing the sunlight that shines on you. A cloud hovers over them Smell their ashtrays and notice how unhealthy these people look

Her them cough and try to get their breath Walk past them and notice what a relief it is to be past them Look ahead of you along the beach as you walk, to a beautiful place Again notice the warmth of the sun on your skin and the feel of the gentle breeze Notice how strength and healthy you feel

Notice how the invigorating fresh air fills your lungs Enjoy this beautiful place as you feel your breathing become easier Now notice another group of people as you walk towards them Notice how happy and energetic they are Feel accepted into this group as you stop by them

Visualize these people dressed in colourful bathing costumes, playing beach ball and just enjoying the lovely day Notice how much energy they have and how much fun they're having as they relax and play on the beautiful beach Enjoy the warmth of the feel from this group and you walk along the beach, feeling the warmth of the sun and the sand beneath your feet and the gentle breze on your face

As you walk along the beach, realize how light and energetic you feel and how healthy you feel, being able to breathe easily enjoying the beautiful day Stop for z moment and look down into the water See the sun gleaming on the water and feel the breeze against your skin. Notice the smell of the fresh air as you enjoy the wonderful view over the water

Take a few moments to enjoy this place and then slowly walk along the beach again Notice how easily you breathe and how strong and healthy you feel Stop for a moment and look over to your left where you will se a person who is very special to you

See them smiling and cheering because you have left behind an old bad habit and moved forward to this beautiful, healthy place. Notice how warm and healthy you feel. As you move forward you notice ten steps and you begin to climb them…

This takes you into counting yourself out of the hypnosis.
